The Mother’s Story
MotherEarth's is the product of the quiet power of Malika. Completing her naturopathic nutrition qualification at the age of 44, returning to education after more than two decades of a hiatus, MotherEarth's is the story of how a mother of two found her identity through natural beauty and skincare.​
With her humble beginnings of developing skincare rituals for her family and friends from nature’s simplest ingredients Malika has since then delved into the depths of scientific skincare formulation. Today, she brings together unique combinations of pure ingredients to maximise their synergetic impact on both our outer beauty and inner wellness.
All of MotherEarth’s natural skincare products are handmade in small batches in Malika’s North West London studio. Malika embarked on this journey of formulating her own organic skincare range with the conviction that all our beauty needs can be met from the Earth’s natural resources.​​

The Daughter’s Story
So many women my age struggle with complicated skincare routines, trying hundreds of products, hoping to find the one that work for them. I was never one to have an elaborate routine for my skin, and I never knew much about using the right products. Lucky for me, I never had to. I had my own home expert.​
When we started out, I knew nothing about skincare, let alone starting a business. All I knew was that my mother’s passion had to be shared with the world. Bringing it to life through MotherEarth’s became my driving force, and what inspires me, every day to learn what it takes to bring her handmade blends to a wider audience. Over the last few years, the immense positive feedback I have received from each and every person who has tried our products keeps me going. It has given me the confidence and encouragement to launch MotherEarths’ and share with you this lifestyle of rooting our own wellness and self care in the earth and all the goodness it has to offer.​

Our ethos of being rooted in the earth means we are mindful of not only what goes into our natural products, but also ensuring we are ethical and sustainable across the production and consumption cycle of our products. That’s why, we are:
Cruelty Free
None of our product are tested on animals.
Vegan Friendly
The majority of our products are vegan (except Miracle Maca)
Organic
This means we use certified organic and wild-crafted ingredients which are not sprayed with pesticides and harvested by hand from sustainable ecosystems.
Ethically & Sustainably Sourced
Our ingredients are sourced from ethical suppliers, who use sustainable and biodynamic farming methods. This means that our suppliers promote environmentally sound farming practices that support local communities without compromising the ability for current or future generations to meet their needs. Biodynamic farming ensures healthy soil using compost as well as crop & rotational grazing. It treats the compost heap with medicinal plant-based preparations to encourage the microbial life needed for soil fertility.​
Recyclable & Re-Useable
Our packaging is conscious of its impact on the earth: we use no additional outer packaging for our products. They come to you in a small cotton pouch, ideal to be re-used and recycled for jewellery or other small knick knacks. All our products come in heavy weight glass jars and bottles, which can be cleaned and reused for kitchen & bathroom storage. As you join the MotherEarth’s community, we encourage and urge you to re-use our jars, bottles and pouches and shop sustainably.
